My name is Persephone Baughman and I was born and raised in Waldo County. I have a long association with Ironwood, as I was employed as the farm's barn manager for many years prior to the facility becoming a therapeutic school. I am the proud, dedicated mother of four children and in my free time (of which there isn’t much!) I enjoy horseback ridding and gardening. As the mother of four, I am the queen of multi-tasking and I bring to Ironwood my dedication, loyalty and organizational skills. I have found work at Ironwood rewarding because every day brings new challenges and rewards. My favorite quote is, “Every day is a gift.“
