Marion Rodrigue was born in Germany and raised in California. She was the owner and founder of a small, well-recognized company that trained and sold ponies and imported warm-blood horses for the A-circuit. She currently devotes her time to managing Ironwood on a full-time basis. Her passion is working with parents and troubled youth and assisting them in making meaningful and positive changes in their families. As President and principle owner of Ironwood, Marion is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the various departments, working with some of the finest professionals in the industry.
Marion is dedicated to making Ironwood the world leader in the treatment of struggling teens and restoring family unity. She chairs the budget, finance, and employee compensation committees. When not in Florida or her dream-spot at Ironwood working with kids on new recipes, canning or going on blackberry hunts, she travels extensively with her daughter, watching her compete at national horse shows. Marion was the inspiration for the equestrian-assisted therapy, canine therapy and art programs, and she is actively expanding Ironwood's year-round activities both on- and off-campus. |
